Terms and Conditions
Offers. Offers can only be used once at the beginning of your training once you have reached the stage of an experienced driver normal prices apply.
Cancellations. When making a cancellation we expect at least 24 hours notice so that your instructor can make adjustments to his/her diary. In some cases lessons will have to paid for.
Lesson Prices. If lesson prices are changed you will receive 2 weeks notice. In respect of vouchers we will honour the price paid on day of purchase.
Payments. Payments can be made online, cash or by cheque ( the instructor has the right to wait until the cheque clears before carrying out your lessons ) on the day of your lesson. Block payments must be paid in full.
Prepaid Lessons. All of our instructors work on a self employed basis, this means that all monies paid to the instructor is their responsibility. It is the responsibility of your instructor to complete all prepaid lessons. If lessons are not completed then refunds will be given by your instructor NOT the Driving School.
Vouchers. All vouchers paid for will have a 6 month use by date if this date elapses then you will lose your lessons.
Claims In event of an accident. All of our instructors have personnel insurance. This means that any claims should be pursued via your instructor. We will also help you in any way we can.
Test Standard. All of our instructor have the right to refuse the use of their car if they feel the pupil is not up to test standard.
